The newly-formed Indoor Golf Alliance (IGA) has announced the formation of its Board of Advisors, bringing together leading influencers from across the indoor golf industry to help guide its strategic direction and long-term growth.
The Board of Advisors comprises experienced professionals who have committed their time, insight and expertise to support the rapidly expanding indoor golf sector. Representing a broad cross-section of the ecosystem — including facilities, suppliers, investors and entrepreneurs — the board will play a key role in ensuring the IGA remains aligned with the evolving needs of the industry.
The 12-strong board comprises: Trevor Faust (Ace Indoor Golf); George Hansen (Golf Genius); Sameer Gupta (Evenplay); Cathy Harbin (NGCOA); Chris Cain (UNLV); Jill Walsh (Toptracer); Ken Reynolds (aboutGolf); Wil Bangerter (The Back Nine); Doug Bybee (TruGolf); Chris Koske, GOLFTEC; Ryan Wines (Golf Envy), and Justin Carlson, (Indoor Golf Shop).
The advisory group will provide strategic guidance across a wide range of areas, including industry standards and best practices, education and research initiatives, innovation, and membership growth. In addition, board members will support the development of events and programming, strengthen connections throughout the indoor golf community, and help identify emerging opportunities, risks and challenges facing the sector.
The IGA will also rely on the Board of Advisors to offer feedback on new projects and initiatives, while promoting the organisation’s mission and increasing its visibility within the wider golf and sports technology industries.
As part of its collaborative approach, the Indoor Golf Alliance is encouraging companies and stakeholders across the industry to share their ideas and perspectives. Input from the wider indoor golf community will help ensure the organisation continues to effectively serve its members and support the sustainable growth of the industry.
