The Golf & Country Club Fleesensee is part of the Land Fleesensee resort, northern Europe´s largest holiday and leisure resort, located in the heart of the Mecklenburgian lake district, halfway between Hamburg and Berlin.

With 5 excellent golf courses the Golf & Country Club offers the right place for every skill level on an area of 380 ha. A generously designed practice area, a circular driving range as well as the PGAPremiumGolfSchool by Oliver Heuler complete the offer.

The Course Manager is responsible for the entire range of Greenkeeping tasks for the 5 golf courses, the leadership and management of the existing team of 25 employees, budgeting, controlling, machinery use and preparation and implementation of the course maintenance plan as well as the planting and care operations for the whole Land Fleesensee resort.

Candidates should have received qualified training in the area of Greenkeeping and gained experience in leading the management of a golf course. The position offers the chance of career advancement in Germany´s most beautiful lake district.
