Foremost is delighted to announce that two new key members of staff have joined the company, with Alfonso Castaneda joining as Head of Digital and Angela Marshall coming in as the new Head of Ecommerce.
The appointments once again highlight Foremost’s position as the unparalleled leader in innovation in terms of both digital marketing and retail services for golf professionals. The investment that Foremost is putting into supporting its members in the ever-changing digital landscape continues to help ensure that they receive the very best solutions and products available to green grass retailers.
Castaneda will head an already successful digital department and lead a team to ensure that Foremost members are provided with the very latest digital solutions to help drive their businesses forward. He will work especially closely with the Elite Marketing Programme (EMP) team on the next product upgrade for the weekly newsletter communications and accompanying website solutions. Alfonso recently moved to London with his wife, having previously worked in Mexico for over nine years performing several roles in the world of digital marketing.
Foremost is also increasing the resource and support it is providing in taking its members’ ecommerce ‘Click & Collect’ solution to the next level. Marshall has over 12 years of ecommerce experience across multi-channel retail, having worked most recently with Really Wild Clothing.
An increasing number of Foremost members now promote and utilise the expansive ‘Click & Collect’ service as a virtual shop, and a convenient solution for many products that they don’t physically stock in-store. The product can be quickly delivered to store and collected by the consumer at their convenience on their next visit to the club.
