Now in its third year, British-based golf clothing brand Walrus Apparel haslaunched its AW20 collection, which features a wide range of clothing that combine on-trend designs with functional performance fabrics.
This year’s winter capsule is no exception, with ‘Digital camo’ being the main theme for this collection, along with a new range of sporty-looking polos. All the products are made from ‘reprieve’ fabric, which is recycled from waste plastic bottles, enhancing the brand’s eco credentials.
One of the headline pieces in the Camo Collection is Garrick hybrid quilted jacket (RRP £75), which features a super warm polyfil layering system on the front and back for warmth and windstopper performance. It’s also lightweight and has a two-way stretch poly fabrication down the sides for freedom of movement. Inside is a custom digital camo print on a soft QRD fleece fabric. The jacket features two side pockets and a left chest pocket for handy storage, all fitted with high quality YKK zippers. The Garrick also features a short baseball style collar for a new modern edgy look, making it wearable both on and off the golf course.
The matching Gunner Gilet also replicates the Garrick jacket with a sleeveless design and is available in Jet Black in sizes Small to 3XL.
To compliment the jackets are the Raynor Midlayer (£50) and the Maverick polo (£40). The Midlayer is available in two colours with the custom camo print on the chest, and is made from a soft fleeced back performance fabric, which creates warmth without restriction, while 1/4-zip neck design, with a baseball-style collar, creates a modern look.
The Maverick polo offers a moisture wicking reprieve fabric with a four-button placket, contrast camo sleeves and signature button under collar for shape retention. Available in black or white in all sizes Small to 3XL.
