Under Armour Golf has launched the all-new Halo Tour SL shoe, expanding one of the brand’s most recognisable performance lines into the sport for players who are looking for more choice across fit, feel and style.
Combining precision, balance and stability, the UA Halo Tour SL offers a structured, competition-ready interpretation of the Halo design ethos, signalling a modern shift in how golf footwear can look and feel, while staying true to the clarity and composure that define Halo.
“Halo was designed as a unified performance system, and golf is where that idea really comes to life,” said Jake Haley, Senior Manager of Golf Footwear and Apparel at Under Armour. “We took a design language born in running and tuned it for the swing to help players remain centred through transition, manage torque, and stay connected to the ground from address through finish – all while keeping a silhouette that’s clearly Under Armour.”

The arrival of UA Halo Tour SL, complemented with the launch of UA Halo Hybrid – which offers a lighter, versatile expression that extends naturally from the golf course to everyday activities – expands Under Armour’s golf footwear line-up with a fresh design ethos.
The UA Halo Tour SL follows the launch of the critically-acclaimed Drive Pro Clone, which went on sale earlier this month. Together, the range gives golfers more choice across styles but always with a premium placed on fit and performance.
Under Armour Tour ambassador Kieron van Wyk, a 24-year-year-old South African who is currently playing on the Korn Ferry Tour in the US, said: “From the first rounds I played in UA Halo Tour SL, I could tell it was built for performance, but at the same time it also looks and feels elevated. When I’m competing, I want to feel stable and confident, and I want something that matches the way I show up as a player. Halo delivers both.”
UA Halo Tour SL (£120/€155) and UA Halo Hybrid (£100/€140) are on-sale from February 20.
