Sunderland of Scotland has launched its apparel collection for Autumn/Winter 2019. The men’s collection combines a palette of storm blue with, navy and white to create a vibrant sporty on course look. The ladies’ collection is refreshed with navy incorporating bold white flashes and trims.
MEN’S COLLECTION HIGHLIGHTS
The waterproof Whispedry Pro-Lite jacket is featherlight, breathable and fully waterproof with stretch (RRP £150). It is the lightest jacket in the collection and the design incorporates ergonomic sealed seams to enhance freedom of movement, it has bonded cuff and waist adjusters for the perfect fit and high neck with draw cord adjuster as well as a draw cord adjuster through the hem. The Quebec jacket is particularly striking in Navy with White 4-way stretch panels for ultimate freedom of movement, enhanced with bold Storm Blue zips and silver retro reflective trims and branding (RRP £130).
Windshirts are a focus of this collection; made from a 3-layer interlock 4-way stretch fabric the tops deliver an extremely windproof and shower resistant option whilst remaining lightweight. The Nevis is added to the collection in Storm Blue/Navy/White (RRP £80) and its half sleeve counterpart the Himalayas (RRP £70).
The midlayer Vallon has the bold addition of a Storm Blue/White colour option, it is constructed using a super lightweight, 4-way stretch heat insulating fabric which has a tricot backing to stop the product from sticking to undergarments enhancing freedom of movement (RRP £60). The Aspen midlayer protects from the elements with its Teflon coated interlock stretch fabric. A striking effect is achieved with the flash of Storm Blue enhancing the sleeves and zip (RRP £70).
The Hamsin lined sweater looks crisp in Navy/White, with a Bionic finish for water and soil repellency and a lightweight stretch lining it is an excellent option for warmth and comfort (RRP £90).
LADIES’ COLLECTION HIGHLIGHTS
The ladies’ Whispedry Tech-Lite jacket is soft touch, featherlight, breathable and fully waterproof with stretch. It is the lightest ladies’ jacket in the collection incorporating ergonomic sealed seams to enhance freedom of movement, it has bonded cuff adjusters and a bonded gathered waist for the perfect fit as well as a draw cord adjuster through the hem (RRP £150). Sunderland favourite Montana jacket is refreshed for this season with the Navy/White colourway (RRP £120). Made from a lightweight polyester technical fabric with mechanical stretch the panelling achieves a slimmer silhouette.
The Tania shower and windproof padded gilet has been introduced in Navy/White (RRP £75). The Nova is revived in this collection in Navy with bright White zips , the brushed polar fleece jacket is insulating and effective at protecting from the cold (RRP £80). The Zonda lined sweater is also refreshed in Navy Marl/Navy/White with a Scotchguard finish for stain and soil repellency and a lightweight stretch lining providing both breathability and heat insulation (RRP £75).
Accessories to highlight are the Ultralight Wide Brim Hat crafted with a seam sealed fully waterproof fabric with a breathable micro mesh lining (RRP £25). Wear with the new Thermal neck warmer (RRP £12) and Thermal lined showerproof mittens (RRP £25) a popular and stylish choice to ensure warmth and protection in all conditions.
