Want to create a short game practice range setup overnight … without incurring large expenses or adding extra acres? Standard Golf Company has a new, unique, economical solution. It’s called the Short Game Target System, available from 1 April 2011 through Standard Golf distributors.

Ideal for individual lessons, group lessons and special events, the system consists of adjustable hoop-style targets (packaged and sold in sets of four*) which come with heavy-duty polyethylene distance markers in 10-yard increments along with mounting hardware and ground spikes. And they’re easy to set up. In seconds, targets are expandable from four to seven feet in diameter. Cartoon caricatures are also imprinted on the reverse side of the yardage markers (Package #1 only) to attract young beginners.

“The real money and improvements are made in the short game,” says Standard Golf Marketing Manager Jim Nygren. “That’s why this new system is a win-win for golfers and teaching pros everywhere. Players improve their game where it really counts. And pros improve their revenue stream and build their reputation as short game specialists.”
