Turfkeeper screengrabTurfKeeper.com is an online turf management system for the Turfkeeping Industry, offering access to a wide range of resources and business tools.

TurfKeeper allows you to manage your staff and their tasks using daily, weekly and monthly planners. Within these easy to use planners you can assign staff, hours, stock & machine use to each task, and allow you and your staff to complete time sheets per task. All of this is recorded within the system allowing you to generate, export and print in-depth reports within our dedicated reporting area.

The system also includes specific areas for your stock and machinery, allowing you to keep track of your inventory, machine use and maintenance. With each task completed which has assigned stock and machinery, the system deducts this amount from your inventory and the hours for which your machine has been running. You also have the ability to add edit and remove stock and machine information anytime within the system.

Craig Gilholm, Links Manager at Royal Liverpool Golf Club, host to The Open Championship in 2014, said: “Turfkeeper lets me plan maintenance and record work that has been carried out on the course. The programme has the ability to let me run reports, which gives me greater insight into resources and spend, which is crucial for my budget, stock control, and maintenance, and is especially handy when planning for major events. We have a large fleet of machinery and, with Turfkeeper’s multi-access function; my mechanic can personally record machinery maintenance. I would definitely recommend Turfkeeper to any Greenkeeper.”

The official launch at BTME 2013 generated major interest from the UK and further afield and the company has had talks with clients in the USA, all over Europe and the Middle East. The company reports ‘Outstanding Feedback’ on the Turfkeeper system from our demo users and members alike.

The TurfKeeper team is dedicated to improving and adding new innovative areas within the system which are all included in the yearly membership fee of £399.00 + VAT a year.
