UK-based golf lifestyle brand Manors has announced the third iteration of its Classic Collection for Spring/Summer 2021.

Adding new styles to the ever-growing mainline collection, the brand continues to create a contemporary wardrobe for a new generation of golfers.

Commenting on the new range, Nick Watts, Fashion Director at Manors, said: “Inspired by golfing legends of the past, this collection provides key pieces that form an essential range for the new generation of style-conscious players. The focus for our Classic Collection this season is to reintroduce hitherto forgotten details and fabrics that were once found on the fairway; celebrating traditional shapes and prints that are synonymous with the game of golf, but with a fresh approach.”

Reinventing the golfer silhouette of the past, new additions to Manors’ gender-neutral Classic Collection offer fashion-forward staple pieces for both on and off the course.

Inspired by 1950’s Ivy League style, lambswool cardigans are presented in a classic Argyle print – an iconic pattern synonymous with the game of golf. Honeycomb panels are also introduced across knitted polo shirts, and mid-rise double-pleated trousers are designed to slot effortlessly into an everyday wardrobe.

Tonal embroidery, ribbed pockets and turnover cuffs appear as subtle details across the collection, in a muted colour palette of fawn, navy and grey. Paying homage to the home of golf, wide-legged lightweight trousers come in two traditional tartan patterns – Medium Royal Stewart and Blackwatch – accompanied by a heavyweight corduroy trouser in the same classic silhouette.

Captured by London-based photographer Will Beach, this season’s campaign was shot at the London Scottish Golf Club, which boasts one of the oldest clubhouses in the UK.

The collection will be available to buy from 7th May 2021, and supplemented with additional drops in July and September, with prices range from £5.50 – £175.
