Claiming to be ‘the purveyor of the world’s finest golf shoes’, Royal Albartross has launched new styles for 2013 for both men and women.
Royal Albartross – ranked fifth in Smarta.com’s top small UK businesses – set out to create the most luxurious golf shoe ever made and achieves its goal through a marriage of classic and contemporary British design and leathers with Italian craftsmanship and American cleat technology.
This unique combination has created a shoe of international design status with out-of-this-world comfort and fit. The British shoe brand has introduced five new models in its men’s range for 2013 and four for the ladies with RRPs from £355.
For the first time, the range includes the more traditional round-toe design in each of the five new men’s styles: the Master, the Connoisseur, the Connoisseur Nero, the Grayson and the Blue – available in sizes 7-12.
The shoes’ water-resistant leather uppers are soft and supple, requiring no ‘break-in’ period. The breathable leather linings incorporate extra collar padding and are free of discomfort relating to internal stitching, while the leather sole is water repellent.
The ladies’ new models – Betsy Indigo, Sassy Swing, Queen of Clubs and Bijoux Blush – are manufactured in exactly the same meticulous manner and are available in sizes 3-8.
Company founder Alex Bartholomew said: “Clubs that have taken the risk and stocked a new ‘high-end’ brand have been overwhelmed at the response from customers. It proves customers are looking for that little something special; they appreciate the finer things in life and are willing to pay that bit extra.”
Royal Albartross’ client list features everybody from club golfers to A-list celebrities. With the finest Italian materials, exquisite finishing and the technical expertise to update classic golf shoes, Royal Albartross has created the perfect line to appeal to today’s discerning golfer.
The new styles will be available to ship in July, with free shipping on all orders placed before the end of May.
