PING pioneered the small, lightweight carry-bag with the original Moon, and since then the model has become a must have among golfers of all ages. Now, the engineers at PING have made the original pencil bag even lighter, more spacious and feature packed than ever before.
The 2012 Moon-Lite II holds every feature you’d expect from a lightweight bag and more. These include a three-way top with extended nose for optimal balance, and an adjustable standing strap which reduces the need to bend down to pick up the bag. Additionally, this strap folds back down when it’s not in use. Therefore, it can be stowed away simply.
Despite its compact nature, the Moon-Lite II has three pockets, including large apparel and accessory pockets and a bespoke water-bottle holder. Importantly, although it weighs just 2lbs due to its lightweight nylon construction, the bag will comfortably hold a full-set of 14 clubs.
