Glenmuir, one of Europe’s leading golfwear brands and boasting 122 years of Scottish golf heritage, launches a new range of men’s waterproofs for 2013.

Famous for supplying The European Ryder Cup Team with shirts and knitwear since 1987, Lanark-based Glenmuir also excels in the field of weatherwear and introduces the ‘Balfour’ and ‘Endrick’ jackets alongside the matching ‘Appin’ trousers.

Manufactured from a supremely light and stretchable waterproof outer fabric with a high-performance breathable lining, Balfour features a full-length zip, easy-to-use self-fabric waist and cuff adjusters, with a drawstring hem.

It features smart white contrast shoulder panels and contemporary piping at the collar and cuffs. With a three-year waterproof guarantee, the jacket delivers outstanding waterproof protection with an RRP of £121.

Eldrick (RRP £110) combines all the features and performance of the Balfour, but with a half-zip.

Golfers can team up the jackets with the Appin trousers, again designed with supreme weather-beating in mind and priced £77.

With elasticated waist, drawstring adjuster, zip fly, ankle zips and adjusters and three leg lengths, these are high-quality waterproof trousers that perform in the most arduous of conditions.

All the new waterproofs come with a three-year guarantee and sit alongside Glenmuir’s popular men’s RainBloc ® collection, which includes the RainBloc Light jacket and RainBloc Drive trousers.
