FootJoy has unveiled an all-new limited-edition apparel collection to commemorate the 150th Open at St Andrews.

Inspired by the prestige and heritage of golf’s oldest major championship, FootJoy’s newest collection, comprising of shirts, midlayers, outerwear and headwear, uses tartan prints, distinctive branded patterns and the championship’s rich navy and gold palette, to create a range fitting for the landmark event, for both men and women.

While honouring the history of the event and the game’s beginnings at the Home of Golf, each garment is designed with modern golfers in mind, using the latest performance fabrics to best support players perform on the course against the unpredictable links weather, where The Open was conceived and continues to thrive. The collection also includes limited-edition 150th Open StaSof glove.

The range, which goes on sale on July 1, comprises three items for men, including an Open Logo Print Polo Shirt (£65), a Tartan Trim Knit Chill-Out (£85) and an Open Hybrid Hoodie (£115). Women’s options include a Cap Sleeve Tartan Panel Shirt (£65), a Knit Midlayer with Trim (£65), and a Hybrid Full Zip jacket (£125). For juniors there is an Open Logo Print Polo Shirt (£50).
