ECCO introduces high-top winter golf boot

ECCO GOLF has launched a new high top golf boot designed for year-round play.

ECCO GOLF has launched the Biom H5 High Top BOA, a performance golf boot designed to meet and exceed the demands of playing in winter golf conditions.

An evolution of the original BIOM H5, this new high-top offers enhanced weather protection and dynamic comfort for golfers who play year-round.

Crafted from ECCO Performance Leather and paired with a one-piece engineered knit sock, the boot offers a modern, sporty aesthetic and a glove-like fit. The ECCO-TEX waterproof membrane keeps feet dry and comfortable even in the wettest conditions, while the BOA Fit System delivers micro-adjustable precision for all-day stability and support.

Underfoot, Biom Natural Motion technology encourages a more natural movement, following the curves of the foot, and promoting forward momentum and long-lasting comfort through every round. The Ecco Terra Traction System outsole delivers dependable grip and multidirectional stability across a variety of terrains – from rain-soaked roughs to frost-covered fairways.

Timo Vollrath, Head of Global Marketing at Ecco Golf, commented: “The Biom H5 High Top BOA builds on the success of the BIOM H5 by delivering even more protection and control for golfers who play through winter. It combines the rugged inspiration of nature with our advanced Danish technologies to create a golf boot that empowers performance in any condition. It’s a shoe made to be used – and made to last.

“This new design is one that we are extremely proud of, having worked closely alongside the team at BOA to include the high-tech closure system. It’s been a truly collaborative effort, and we are proud to add this new model to our latest collection.”

Offered in black or white, the Biom H5 High Top BOA has an RRP of £220.
