Bookitee’s inventor describes it as the world’s first free to use + mobile enabled on-line booking and tee-time management system.

With mobile devices set to become the medium for digital commerce and recent research suggesting over 70% of on-line tee-time bookings are made outside of office hours, it pays to incorporate a Smartphone enabled booking system at your club.

Bookitee.com is a new player in club management market and the first completely compatible with iPhone, Android and Blackberry operating systems with Facebook integration in the final stages of development. The system is also entirely free to use for clubs, can be set up within 24 hours and comes with a no risk guarantee.

Designed by a golfer for golfers, Andrew Mackintosh, Bookitee’s founder explains: “As a keen golfer in the UK, I couldn’t help notice the continual declining demand for memberships of our courses.  I wanted to create an on-line booking system, to really help struggling golf clubs attract visitors, introduce new types of membership options and increase the satisfaction of current members so clubs not only stay alive, but thrive.

Some clubs have implemented such systems in the last few years and are often happy with the benefits. But others have no inclination to spend the £1500 – £3000 required in the first year and refrain from implementing them.  The problem is that these clubs could do with the extra revenue.

Our new online booking system, Bookitee, has an inventive payment structure, including a version entirely free to golf clubs, by utilising an ad-funded approach where we display discrete promotions on the booking system.

Bookitee can be setup straightaway and provides your club with instant benefits at no cost. Clubs can try it out with no financial risk and reap the benefits. If the club subsequently want to remove the advertising, they can change to another subscription tier with prices starting at £30 per month.

“We really want to provide something great to golf clubs to help them get more people playing. What’s more we can also help the course and pros generate additional revenues by displaying their latest deals on our site. You can even arrange to book a lesson, before you take to the course,” says Andrew.
