Blue Tees Golf, which launched a new range of laser rangefinders in the US in 2019, is to be distributed in the UK and Europe by SkyMax Sport.
Founded in 2019, Blue Tees golf currently retails three different laser rangefinders – the Series 2 Pro, Series 2 Tour, and Series 3 Max, which currently retail at £149, £159 and £199 respectively.
Marc Overton, the European Director of Blue Tees Golf, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have SkyMax Sports on board as our distributor in the UK and Europe. Richard has a vast background with selling brands into the golf industry and his knowledge is underpinned with his strong relationships with key contacts.”
Richard Hughes, Managing Director of Skymax Ltd, said he was delighted to add Blue Tees Golf to their portfolio of products, which also includes Callaway, IZZO and CUBE. He said: “Our focus as a business is on providing the highest quality products and backing them up with exceptional service. An opportunity to represent a new and exciting brand doesn’t come round very often, so to agree this partnership with the team at Blue Tees Golf is very exciting.”
Available in navy, black and pink, the top-of-range Series 3 Max laser boasts x7 magnification and has a range of features, including Adaptive Slope, which takes the player’s elevation in comparison to the target into account, while the Active Flag Lock function ensures the laser locks onto the intended target rather a tree or object directly behind it and delivers a gentle pulse when it has locked on. The display is easy to read in all light conditions as it automatically adjusts to the ambient environment, while there is a built-in magnetic strip which allows golfers to attach the device to the struts of a buggy, trolley or any other metallic surface.
Blue Tees Golf also sells a range of accessories, including magnetic straps, golf towels, pitch mark repairers and a Bluetooth speaker.
