adidas Golf has teamed up with fellow German company Vice Golf to launch a new limited edition version of the Stan Smith shoe that it first launched last year.

Inspired by the vibrant colour options that Vice offers in its popular range of golf balls, the Stan Smith x Vice Golf shoe is sure to turn heads on the fairways this summer.

Offered in red, green and white, Stan Smith x Vice Golf shoes feature a rubber spikeless outsole for traction, while reinforced medial and lateral areas provide additional stability throughout the swing. The uppers are made from recycled materials while still offering a one-year waterproof warranty.

Adidas’s 3-Stripes logo and Vice Golf’s logo appear on side of the left and right shoes respectively, while Vice Golf’s company mantra, ‘embrace your vice,’ is embedded on the heel. A signature endorsement patch from Stan Smith is featured on the tongue.

“Beyond the fact that we are both German companies, we see a lot of similarities in the way Vice approaches our sport from a design and performance standpoint,” said Masun Denison, adidas Golf’s global footwear director. “The great thing about the Stan Smith Golf silhouette is that it’s the perfect canvas to play with color and we’re excited for everyone to see these bold colorways on such a versatile shoe.”

Vice Golf founders Ingo Duellmann and Rainer Stoeckl said: “Combining the tradition and class of adidas’ Stan Smith shoe with our hidden and less-hidden design elements was incredibly fun! It’s a shoe to wear from early in the morning to late at night, on the golf course, at the bar, or wherever. We can’t wait to wear these!”

The Stan Smith x Vice Golf limited edition will be available to buy on adidas.com, via the adidas app, at vicegolf.com, and at select retailers worldwide from March 25. It is priced at £85/€110.
