IPC Media Sells Women & Golf to Total Golf Ltd

IPC Media has concluded the sale of Women & Golf magazine to Total Golf Club Ltd, the online golf network.

IPC publishing director, Hamish Dawson says, “Total Golf Ltd is the perfect home for Women & Golf, which remains the best-selling magazine for female golfers.

Former editor Jane Carter, who left IPC Media last October to set up her own marketing, PR and publishing business, has been appointed editor and will also take responsibility for publishing on behalf of Total Golf Ltd..

Carter says, “These are very exciting times for women’s golf and we have big plans for the leading title in the marketplace. We want to be at the forefront of women’s golf in Europe and work with the whole industry in promoting the sport to the thousands of existing women’s golfers and those new to the game.”
