Tim Southwell, the founder of GolfPunk and co-founder of loaded magazine, has announced that GolfPunk been presented with a Highly Commended Award in the Independent Publishers Association’s Team of the Year Award.
Southwell commented: “I am absolutely delighted with this award. We are a young business, with a small and tight knit team so this is a tremendous result, which demonstrates that we continue to punch well above our weight.”
Southwell concluded:” This is a really proud moment for GolfPunk Media Ltd, which once again shows that by creating great content by a really dedicated team, we can compete with all-comers, and break down the barriers of negative perceptions to golf, which has to be a great benefit to the whole golf industry.”
The Independent Publishers Association (IPA) is part of the Periodical Publishers Association (PPA) and represents over 100 independent publishing businesses.
