A place in ‘The Sun’ for UK Golf Services

UK Golf Services is heading into this week’s Munich trade show on a high – after its revolutionary new Stuburt Helium Pro golf shoe featured prominently in Britain’s biggest-selling daily newspaper.
‘The Sun’, with more than 8 million readers a day, gave away 50 pairs of the superlight Helium Pro across the centre pages of its Ryder Cup pull-out alongside an exclusive interview with David Howell, Team Stuburt’s leading sponsored professional.
The exposure capped a memorable September for UK Golf Services – enjoying worldwide success with the Stuburt and Ram Golf brands – and followed victory for a Ram Golf Wizard Evolution driver in a group test in ‘Golf Monthly’ and the launch of Stuburt’s new range of waterproof clothing.
The Sun newspaper promotion, on Thursday 21 September, was organised by UK Golf Services’ marketing agency Hiseman Partners. An interview with Ryder Cup star Howell, who wears Stuburt shoes, was arranged with his agents ISM and a competition gave Sun readers to become the first golfers in the country to see the new Helium Pro shoe.
