Customer experience management company Players 1st has launched AI-Assistant, a new tool designed specifically to help golf clubs manage feedback and keep up with the comments from golfers.

From surveying golfers to actionable insights in seconds, the AI-Assistant simplifies the process of turning raw data into useful insights, saving clubs time and effort while improving decision-making.

The Players 1st AI Assistant changes the process of sifting through large amounts of qualitative feedback. With the AI tool, comments are organised and analysed within seconds, making it easier for club managers to focus on improving operations.

Morten Bisgaard, CEO of Players 1st, said: “The idea for our AI-Assistant was born from recognising a common challenge among golf clubs – sifting through vast amounts of qualitative feedback to find actionable insights.

“Our vision has always been to empower clubs to enhance every aspect of the golfer’s experience. This AI tool aligns perfectly with that mission by automating the analysis of golfers’ feedback, letting clubs focus more on taking action and less on sorting through data.”

The AI Assistant is designed to be user-friendly and flexible, offering pre-built prompts as well as customisable ones. It works best when used in the language of the original feedback, allowing clubs to quickly gather data on overall club performance.

Ben Johnson, Club and County Support Officer at England Golf, commented on the tool’s value:  “Asking questions such as summarising what a club does well and what a club’s priority improvement areas are offers immediate value. The AI-Assistant allows easy access to this information.”

By identifying trends and low-scoring, high-impact areas, the AI-Assistant helps clubs focus on critical issues, turning feedback into meaningful action, and simply adds another layer to a core product that keeps becoming more and more efficient over time

Johnson adds: “After analysing the priority map for trends and low-scoring high-impact areas, the AI-Assistant is useful for gaining specific feedback from the comments. For example, around members’ opinions of club communications, the effectiveness of the management committee or the key priority areas for the club. This allows the club to summarize feedback from members into actions.”

As clubs adopt the AI-Assistant, the Players 1st team is continuing to fine-tuning the AI experience to ensure efficient operations and smooth feedback management in golf clubs worldwide.
