The success with full MDPs in 2020 continues. The CMAE’s Management Development Programme part 1 course being held in Dublin from 23-27 March is now fully booked

.

The course is hosted by the Irish Golf & Club Managers Association (IGCMA) and 25 delegates are now booked on to attend the course from both Ireland and other parts of the world.

MDP part 1 is the first of 5 MDP courses all designed to help delegates learn about the 10 core competencies of club management and create a valuable network that will help them in the careers as club managers.

CMAE’s Director of Education Torbjorn Johansson said: I am very happy to see MDP coming back in force to Ireland who have been a big supporter of our program for a long time. This is actually the 6th course we have sold out already this year. I look forward coming to lovely Portmarnock in a few weeks and meet new people entering into the Tribe.”

CMAE Board member Niall Carroll CMDip commented on behalf of the IGCMA: “The IGCMA are delighted to support our managers by hosting high quality education in Ireland. We are also delighted to host some overseas managers giving the whole week and international flavour. The networking and education opportunities offered by MDP programmes are second to none and we look forward to the week.”
