Myagi launches revolutionary training platform with Direct Golf

Myagi connects retailers with brands to provide the first industry-wide platform delivering on-demand, retail sales training; helping front-line teams improve product knowledge, maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.

As with a social media site, sales associates have their own dashboard where they can access content and monitor their progress. Team managers can also monitor activity and reward success. The training is typically delivered through short videos with quizzes to help measure achievement.

Yorkshire-based Direct Golf selected Myagi to help achieve its aim of being the ‘employer of choice’ and an innovation leader within the golf industry, and to drive more sales across its 21 stores.

Myagi’s platform is already in use with leading golf retailers in Australia and the addition of Direct Golf as a flagship UK customer, signals its growing global leadership in golf retail sales training.
