Chartered accountants firm Hillier Hopkins has launched its annual survey of UK golf clubs in partnership with the Golf Club Secretary newsletter and the UK Golf Federation.
The survey will explore every aspect of managing and operating a golf club, including the average age of members, waiting lists, the number of rounds played, and the average cost of green fees.
The annual benchmarking survey has been run for over 15 years and is recognised as the authoritative voice on the health of the game in the UK.
The annual benchmarking survey of UK golf clubs is now open and we want to hear from anyone involved in the management of golf clubs such as golf club managers, secretaries and pros.
The survey, which takes about 20 minutes to complete, is aimed at anyone involved in the management of golf clubs, such as golf club managers, secretaries and pros.
Matt Bailey, a senior manager at Hillier Hopkins said: “We are excited once again to delve into the day-to-day workings of UK golf clubs. The survey gained a lot of traction last year, hopefully this year will be the same and clubs will be keen to see how they compare with their peers. We are also thrilled to once again partner with the Golf Club Secretary’s Newsletter and with the UK Golf Federation in this survey, and to publishing the results in early 2023.”
