The 64 page document, which begins with a joint letter from the Chairmen of EWGA and EGU, Sylvia Perrins and Sue Whittaker, and Nigel Evans, in which the proposed merger is recommended, can be viewed and downloaded from the websites.

The proposal will be put to the voting members of the EWGA and EGU at simultaneous General Meetings on 16 November 2011.
