As the number of accidents on UK Golf Courses and Driving Ranges continues to rise and claims now run into millions of Euros, a series of new services is now available to golf clubs and lawyers.
“It’s not just golfers who are in danger on golf courses,” says Bob Hunt, Chairman of International Design Group and author of ‘Golf Course Design – Safety Guidelines’ and ‘Golf Driving Ranges – a Design Guide’ who has now established a new consultancy entitled ‘Golfsafetyexpert’ – www.golfsafetyexpert.co.uk
“After 20 years of dealing with golf related accidents, I am amazed that club managers, Boards and staff still fail to understand the risks and liabilities involved in golf.”
Covering all aspects of Risk Assessments and Health & Safety on site, Golfsafetyexpert also offers Expert Witness services to solicitors dealing with thousands of golf accident cases every year.
A series of free publications dealing with aspects of golf and golf safety is available through the web site or via Twitter(@golfsafety
