CMAE England’s seminar entitled ‘Finance for Non-Financial Managers’ will take place next week in both London on 4th March and in Liverpool on 5th March.
Finance for Non-Financial Managers aims to reduce skills gaps relating to commercial know-how. The one-day seminar will increase the commercial awareness of non-financial managers and improve understanding and interpretation of budgets and reports that all club departments deal with on a regular basis.
On completion of the course, delegates will be equipped with skills to be able to:
- Think, talk and act more commercially aware within the workplace
- Understand and interpret financial reports
- Calculate and analyse key financial figures
- Develop action plans based on financial performance
The seminar is being facilitated by Debra Adams, a leading practitioner in developing courses for improving financial know how and commercial acumen. She is the author of the highly acclaimed textbook ‘Strategic Management Accounting for the Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Industries’.
Attendance of the day is £45 for CMAE members or £75 for non-members. For more information and to book go to this link
