Members of the R&A’s Women in Golf Leadership Development Programme, are undertaking the final project phase of the programme.
One of the programme projects is centred around women’s and girls’ participation in golf, with the project team developing a short survey to give a greater insight into this area, and to be used as part of a wider project.
The project team would like to invite all managers of golf clubs and golfing venues to complete the survey by going to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/gbandi. The survey will close at midnight on Sunday 8 November.
The project team comprises Katie Burman, Tournament and Events Manager, Golfbreaks; Hannah Dodds, Senior Partnership Manager, European Tour; Sami Strutt, Head of Learning and Development, BIGGA and Sally Wilson, Transportation Manager – Championships, The R&A.
The Women in Golf Leadership Development Programme is part of the R&A Women in Golf Charter – a commitment to ensure a more inclusive culture within golf and to increase the number of women and girls playing and working in golf.
