AEA Training For Business Launch Of First Full Season Programme

8.00am 7th July 2014 - Management Topics

AEA logoThe AEA Training for Business initiative has been developing over the last 10 months with training needs analysis of members, careful selection of industry specific training providers, preparation of training facilities and pilot sessions.

Based on all of this the full programme of courses designed specifically for the land based industry has been prepared and is published today.

This programme consists of 23 different soft skills subjects scheduled for delivery at the Peterborough Training Centre from September 2014 through to March 2015 with ample spaces in the programme to schedule additional sessions if required.

The programme will be sent to all contacts within the land based industries be they AEA members or not and training is open to all with no restrictions.

Feedback and testimonial from the pilot sessions has been extremely good with course assessment scores provided by the delegates in the high 90s with several at 100% satisfaction.

“I will certainly recommend this training and trainer,” said Rob Haywood, Ransomes Jacobsen, Essential Selling Skills.

Summing up the new initiative and the publication of the full 2104/15 programme AEA CEO Roger Lane Nott said “This is a bespoke service for industry, requested by members, where costs and value for money and industry relevance are paramount. We have responded to member needs and will only be covering soft skills sensibly priced. Please support it.”
