59club has announced new quarterly awards across all golf venues based on mystery shopper audits undertaken from April 2019 onward.
The move to introduce the ‘Sales and Service Hall of Fame’, creates a platform for individuals to be recognised for their outstanding performance in the run up to the 10th Annual Service Excellence Awards Ceremony taking place in 2020.
The new quarterly titles will recognise those individuals who have delivered the ‘Leading Golf Membership Sales Appointment’ (UK & Overseas) and the ‘Leading UK Group Golf Sales Enquiry Call’. The latter follows the same adjudication process as the annual award title, therefore omits the connection element and disregards calls that exceed 15 minutes in duration. The first three winners are set to be announced imminently.
Having secured sponsorship of the awards from 3d-IFS independent chartered financial services and CGI Insurance services, 59Club can now elevate the stature of a successful audit on a more regular basis, that accumulates as we move ever closer to the 2020 Service Excellence Awards.
Commenting ahead of the Q2 award winners announcement, Jon Isaacs, Managing Director at 3d-IFS said: “As a leading firm of advisers, we feel that the best strategy for any business is to implement an effective employee benefits policy. These benefits must seek to balance the workforce’s diverse needs with the employer’s desire to attract, motivate, retain and reward employees as cost effectively as possible.
“Our sponsorship of the 59club quarterly awards fits perfectly with our business model. 59club prides itself on being open and honest at all times, putting its clients’ needs first in order to improve customer satisfaction and club revenue, which mirrors our approach at 3d-IFS.”
Simon Wordsworth, 59club CEO, said: “We are delighted to create a platform that now recognises individual achievements, elevating the profile of our best performers in a new regular quarterly slot. I know that this announcement will drive standards more aggressively than ever before as clubs go head to head to compete for the new titles.
“Our development over the last 12 months has been very exciting, we have continued to develop our range of products to assist managers to further advance their business, and now as our footprint in the UK, Europe and the UAE takes hold in America and Asia, I’m looking forward to witnessing a significant boost in customer satisfaction, revenues, and profits at golf and leisure venues globally.”
