The new module provides an enterprise-grade tournament experience management toolset to allow organizers to capture and analyse participant feedback, improve event satisfaction, and ultimately grow participation in their portfolio of events.
The solution was developed in collaboration with major North American tournament organizers to provide an easily deployed solution that provides comprehensive feedback on all aspects of the event and data benchmarks to allow assessment of organizational strengths and opportunities for improvement.
