European Tour and Ryder Cup star Tommy Fleetwood has launched a new junior tour aimed at providing an encouraging and competitive environment for junior golfers in the UK aged between five and 15.

The Tommy Fleetwood Junior Tour begins this summer with a series of events held at the 9-hole Woodhey Dunes Course at Formby Hall in Merseyside, which is the home of the Tommy Fleetwood Academy.

Golfers will compete in the different five age categories – 7 and under, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13 and 14+ – and competitors will play from staggered tees determined by their age on January 1.
Prizes will be awarded for the first three places in each category decided by gross score.

More events for 2021 will be added soon and a full tour schedule is planned for 2022.
