Visitors to this year’s Golf Show will be able to conduct business with every one of the world’s top golf manufacturers as they continue to support this leading golf trade show and education event.
The Golf Show, which will take place at Harrogate International Centre from 9-11 October 2012, will see more than 50 of golf’s leading suppliers and service providers exhibiting to more than 1,000 PGA Professionals from across the world.
Equipment manufacturers such as Callaway, TaylorMade, Nike Golf, PING, Titleist, Srixon Cleveland Golf, Cobra and (for the first time) Mizuno, will all be exhibiting their latest products at the show and taking pre-book orders for 2013.
Apparel brands including adidas, Glenmuir, Ashworth, Greg Norman Collection, Peter Scott and Peter Millar will also be present, as well as footwear brand FootJoy, Oakley eyewear and weatherwear giants ProQuip and Sunderland.
PGA Professionals attending the event will also be able to see a wide range of other products and services including buggies, trollies, launch monitors and GPS devices. The Golf Show has provided golf’s leading suppliers with the perfect platform to see their key customers under one roof.
Martin Wild, Callaway UK Sales Manager, said: “The Golf Show is extremely important for us as it gives the Callaway team an opportunity to meet with our Preferred Retail Partners over a three-day period, take them through our product range for the coming year, discuss upcoming launches and confirm a significant volume of pre-book orders.”
Graeme Morton, TaylorMade-adidas and Ashworth Golf Trade Marketing Manager, added: “The event gives our sales teams the ideal opportunity to see as many of their customers as possible in a stockroom environment. Simply put, we can see a greater volume of retailers from the two most important buying groups in the UK and independent PGA Professionals in a shorter space of time.
John Davis, The Golf Show Event Manager, is encouraged by the continual support of the golf industry, particularly in these tough times.
He said: “Many exhibitors have increased their stand size for this year’s event, which is encouraging as we all recognise that the current economic climate continues to be challenging, but this demonstrates the importance of The Golf Show in driving sales of products and services.”
World renowned coach David Leadbetter will be the star attraction at this year’s event as he leads a new Teaching and Coaching Conference that will form the final part of the show on Thursday, 11 October.
Registration for the show is free and can be done via the official website www.golftradeshow.co.uk. Once registered PGA members will receive an email with a separate link, which will enable them to book their place at the Teaching & Coaching Conference, at a cost of £25+VAT.
