The Turf Education and Leadership Golf Conference is planned for 21 and 22 February at Hotel Empire in Trnava.
As usual, the event will focus on the maintenance and care of sports turf, with Integrated Pest Management, Aerification, New Products in Turf Machinery, and Irrigation high on the agenda with a one day workshop for Costs Planning & Budgeting.
The speakers include Ruth Mann ( STRI), Richard Hayden (STRI), Keith Kensett ( R&K Kensett Sport), Laurence Pithie ( Turf Master One); and Norbert ZAŤKO of ENGO Ltd. one of the hosting companies.
In addition to the formal presentations there will be panel discussion s about golf course quality assessment with players, greenkeepers and owners.
The event is sponsored by Baroness as General Sponsor and supported by companies Toro, Everris, Engelmann Golfplatzpflege as Business Partners. There are still opportunities for other companies to join in.
At last year’s event approximately 100 delegates took part, coming fromCzechRepublic,Slovakia,Russia, andUkraine.
