NGF to partner in Golf Industry Show

The Golf Industry Show continues to add key players to its portfolio as the National Golf Foundation joins as a participant for the inaugural event, 10th -12th February in Orlando.
The signing of the NGF complements the participation of various other allied golf associations in presenting the Golf Industry Show, including

The CMAA will become associated with the event in 2007 in California., after conducting its 2005 World Conference 27th February to 3rd March in New Orleans and its 2006 gathering in Honolulu.
Based in Jupiter, Florida, the NGF is the industry leader in providing relevant information and insights on the business of golf. It provides golf-business research, information and consulting services to companies and organizations worldwide, including its 6,000 member companies. The NGF will release from the Golf Industry Show its 2004 Golf Course Openings Report and 2005 Forecast. In addition, it will provide data and interpretation for GIS partners for education programs and member services.
“We are excited to join the superintendents, owners, architects, club managers and builders in presenting the Golf Industry Show,” NGF CEO and President Joe Beditz said. “It provides information and insight to key players in the industry. That is a powerful marriage that will lead to better decision-making.”
While the trade shows of the organizations will be combined to form a new industry event, each will retain autonomous education conferences that will run concurrently with the Golf Industry Show. The objective is to present an industry trade show that represents significant aspects of a golf operation – from ownership, feasibility and design, construction and operations.
