New show for France

The GREEN EXPO show will take place in Deauville 21st to 23rd November 2002

According to figures published by the European Golf Association France has 511 golf courses and 291,754 registered golfers. A new show will be held this November which will help suppliers to reach this market as well as other sports ground and turf users.

The venture is a development from the exhibition which, for more than 10 years, has seen French green keepers, managers and turf professionals gathering together for their own event.

For 2002, the organising team has united with 8 other French associations to make this new show an even more significant occasion. This initiative has been supported by the European Institute of Golf Course Architects and more than 90 exhibitors have so far joined in.

GREEN EXPO will be held in Deauville on 21st to 23rd November 2002.
