More than 12,000 visitors expected to visit ‘The London Golf Show 2013’ and will have the opportunity to closely examine the ground-breaking new Mazda6 and Mazda CX-5 following the Japanese brand’s appointment as ‘Official Vehicle Partner’. The three-day event takes place on 8-10 November at London’s Earls Court.

“The London Golf Show presents Mazda with an ideal opportunity to promote its new generation of vehicles, with their unique fuel-saving SKYACTIV technology, to an audience which includes company car drivers for which the new Mazda6 and Mazda CX-5 have immense appeal,” comments Steve Tomlinson, Head of Fleet, Mazda UK.

To support its new partnership with The London Golf Show, Mazda is running a competition for people to win a pair of tickets to the show and a Taylormade SLDR Driver. Closing date for entries is 3 November and the competition can be entered at www.mazdagolf.co.uk

The show will display two new Mazda6 saloons, a new Mazda6 tourer and a Mazda CX-5 compact SUV with AWD (all-wheel drive) – each model finished in the generously equipped, range-topping Sport Nav specification.

The show is designed to provide golfers of all ages with informed expert advice, free PGA tuition, a massive indoor driving range, custom fitting, club testing, simulators and all the latest golf gadgets.  The show opens at 10.00 hrs and closes at 19.00 (Friday 8 November), 17.00 (Saturday 9 November ) and 16.00 (Sunday 10 November).

Visitors to the show could walk away with the keys to brand new Mazda 6 worth over £25,000 when they take part in the hole-in-one competition which also forms part of the deal.

Sales & Marketing Manager for the Golf Show Group, Dominic McMullan said: “We’re delighted to be working with such a forward thinking and innovative brand such as Mazda, who have been actively targeting ‘The Golfer’ through various marketing initiatives this year, our agreement with Mazda has demonstrated that the London Golf Show is an environment within where Mazda is confident of reaching their target audience. The fact also that one of our visitors could walk away with the keys to a car worth more than £25,000, if they hit a hole-in-one, will generate a serious amount of interest in the brand.”
