More new product launches at UK Golf Show

9.26am 2nd April 2008 - Exhibitions & Conferences

Zen, the Sheffield based golf technology business releases their new entry model Zen Oracle ‘RDE’ Mallet Putter, priced £99 RRP.

The company received Golf Digest Hot Product 2008 Awards in Blade and Mallet putter categories; an internally renowned selection process which is widely considered to be the most stringent and authoritative survey in the USA golf industry.

All Zen putters now feature their scientifically proven micro-ridge face technology used to combat “dimple error effect” in providing arguable the most accurate putter in golf.

For visitors to the UK Golf Show there is the chance to participate in a Break 30 Putter fitting session using the advanced Science & Motion Ultrasonic Putt Lab analysis system and Eclipse Eye tracking device which accurately measures the putting stroke and advises on the best set-up to improve performance.

Zen ‘RDE’ (pronounced READY) is new technology that counteracts the adverse effect of the golf ball dimples. Scientific evaluation by renowned golf physicist Dr Norman Lindsay and independent testing at the University of Sheffield under Professor Steve Haake has proven that ‘dimple error’ can cause perfect aligned putts to miss the hole from only five feet.

All 2008 Zen RDE putters now use precise micro-ridges milled into the putter face that minimize contact with the ball and improves impact dispersion of 50% while also providing greater response in feel. The results being that putts stay online, roll beautifully and have a feel that is both soft and responsive coming off of the face for maximum confidence and control. www.zenoracle.co.uk
