The Golf Show Group have confirmed the viral Monty impressionist to open the 11th London Golf Show at Bluewater on Friday.
After a video of a Monty impression went viral across social media a couple of weeks ago the London Golf Show team set up a campaign #WheresColin to locate the genius impersonator and bring him to the show.
By posting a video of the hilarious impression on the London Golf Show Facebook and Twitter pages and asking anyone who knew him to comment or email in, 270k+ video views and thousands of comments, retweets, likes and shares later, they were eventually able to track him down to Prestonfield Golf Club in Edinburgh where he works as a golf professional.
Donald ‘Monty’ Swinley will open the doors to a huge crowd of avid golf fans awaiting the show, where he will then take to the stage throughout the day to perform that famous impression.
