The EGCOA has today announced the latest speakers of the 2011 EGCOA Conference programme. Kelli Jerome of the GEO (Golfing Environmental Organization) will be “Unlocking the Business Value in Sustainability”. She will explore how sustainable practices can save money, provide operational efficiencies, improve visitor, member and employee satisfaction, strengthen reputation, and create marketing and PR advantages. Kelli is a key driving force behind the success of the organization and is focused on operations and programme management.
A Senior Advisor of KPMG’S Golf Advisory Practice will discuss golf course performances in the EMA in 2010 -2011 based on the findings of the Golf Advisory’s most recent survey entitled “Still on the road to recovery”.
His presentation will provide delegates with a clear overview of the current state of the industry within the EMA and detail the steps that have been taken to rectify the declining numbers of golfers and revenues.
