BIGGA’s Harrogate Week has over 60 different Seminars and Workshops that make up the ‘Continue to Learn’ programme, and is at the core of what Greenkeepers and Course Managers need in the way of educational topics.

The programme comprises a Conference; 1, 2 and 3 day Workshops; and Seminars presented by a combination of Course Managers, industry specialists and companies exhibiting at the BTME exhibition.  Many of the presentations are free and don’t need to be booked in advance.  However, those that do need to be booked in advance are filling up fast!

Already the ‘Essential IT Business Administration for Greenkeepers workshop’ is full up, as is Monday’s one day ‘Pesticide Update for NPTC Certificate Holders’, in addition to the half day ‘Renovating Your Course Part 2 workshop’.

“We are delighted at the rate at which the Workshops are being booked. Attendee bookings are up on this time last year and would urge anyone keen to attend to confirm as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment,” said BIGGA’s Head of Learning and Development, Sami Collins.
