The United Kingdom Golf Course Owners Association (UKGCOA) has created a series of ‘free to attend’ roadshow events located around the country for all golf club owners to attend. They offer a platform to share views and ideas, network, and learn more about the current initiatives the association and governing bodies have produced to support golf clubs through these turbulent times in the industry.
The UKGCOA will be represented at all the road shows by the CEO, Jerry Kilby CCM and staff, plus members of the elected board of directors.
Heads of governing bodies will also attend and headline the roadshows as key speakers such as John Petrie, CEO of England Golf. The UKGCOA see this as an opportunity for both governing bodies and golf club owners to learn more about one another.
Although these road shows are free to attend, it is imperative to register because it helps the association to count the variable costs;shows an indication on the interest levels; and allows the UKGCOA to contact attendees immediately subject to any last minute changes.
