Duca del Cosma, the luxury Italian fashion brand that sells its distinctive handcrafted golf shoes in 46 countries worldwide, secured a record number of forward orders for its latest collection at last week’s PGA Show in Florida.
Exhibiting at the world’s biggest golf trade show for the sixth successive year to an audience of nearly 7,000 PGA professionals and more than 800 media, Duca del Cosma unveiled its most advanced range in a host of vibrant colorways, including its feature-packed PRO SPIKE collection offering Tour-level performance and stability to both men and women golfers.
Occupying a bigger booth space than in previous years and situated in a prime footfall location, the brand attracted large numbers of potential buyers as eyes were drawn to the super stylish designs providing all-day comfort and on-course support. The brand also hosted Italian-themed drinks receptions during the late afternoons on the show floor, allowing trade and media guests to learn about the brand and its increasingly popular shoes and matching gloves in a relaxed setting.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better response to our new collection at the PGA Show this year, especially from American retailers who were super excited to see the many colorful, high-quality options we offer,” said company chairman and owner Frank van Wezel. “The feedback we received to our stunning SS23 and PRO SPIKE collections was exceptional and saw us secure top orders and open new accounts across the North American market and beyond.

The striking DANDY houndstooth print shoe and sporty POSITANO style in White/Navy/Red were among the most popular men’s shoes throughout the week, while the dedicated women’s collection was a real focus with the chic GIORDANO and BOREAL shoes in White, ALEXA in Pink, plus, the SERENA in Navy catching the eye of those in attendance.
With ten members of Duca staff wearing the eye-catching special edition UNITED and UNITY shoes in the colours of the American flag, visitors to the booth quickly understood the benefits of stocking a distinctively different brand offering exceptional margins and a top-quality handcrafted build in European factories using the finest materials.
