After a two-year suspension due to the global pandemic, the world-renowned Asia Pacific Golf Summit (APGS) is back on track!
The resumption of this heralded international summit on the business of golf will be staging its 14th edition in the vibrant Vietnamese city of Danang.
The dates for APGS 2022 are set for November 14 – 17 and the venue for the conference and trade show will be announced in the next few weeks.
“We have had disappointments in 2020 and 2021 because of the pandemic which caused untold shutdowns and travel restrictions which forced us to place APGS in cold storage,” said Mike Sebastian, the Publisher of ASIAN GOLF, the owner and producer of APGS.
“We had APGS 2022 on the cards for Haikou, China again for 2022 but given the current uncertainties in China with regard to the pandemic, we had no choice but to shift the venue for the event to another location and Vietnam made a lot of sense as a new venue,” Sebastian explained.
Details for APGS 2022 will be rolling out in the early weeks of June and steps are being taken to make it one of the best in the series so far.
“In conjunction with APGS 2022, we will also be staging the 2021/2022 Asian Golf Awards which also suffered the same fate of cancellation due to the pandemic,” Sebastian said.
APGS is owned and organised by the Asian Pacific Golf Group
