Paul Armitage, a featured speaker at the upcoming conference will be on stage talking about creating brands for the modern Golf market. Bringing in depth and breadth how to promote golf facilities to different target golfers within the same company. Paul currently manages Le Club, one of the largest golf course networks in Europe. He has been working in the golf industry inFrancesince 1991.
David Colclough head of member education for the PGA will be joining the stage this year to discuss the role that the PGA professional play within golf facilities. David’s background as a professional golfer has enabled him to focus his experience towards developing a clear set of role descriptors encouraging Pros to review their current position, and ensure that they are seen as adding value to their golf club/facility.
“This year’s conference is unique, the line-up is amazing, and the location spectacular. Besides that, we are bringing together over 250 industry professionals from 30 different countries that will enjoy, learn and network with fellow delegates. Not only that, but they get the opportunity to take with them ideas that will help them running their businesses more successfully. For anyone out there who is considering attending, this is a unique opportunity to boost their knowledge, their revenue potential, and to meet with fellow course owners and industry colleagues.”
The Pace of Play “Guru” Bill Yates, founder of Pace Manager Systems®, has also loined the panel of speakers. Bill has worked with managers to improve their operations for more than 25 years. His philosophy is simple: know where you are, find out where you could be, and build a plan to get you there. Bill will be sharing with delegates strategies to improve customer service, revenue and the pace and flow of play on our courses.
