Egyptian real estate developer Palm Hills Developments has signed an agreement with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company to develop a luxury hotel and golf club.
Ritz-Carlton will run a 140-room hotel, golf course and golf clubhouse at the Palm Hills Golf Club and Resort in Sixth of October City. The hotel will overlook the Pyramids of Giza, and a 27-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
