The Vitala Group (UK) is currently looking at sites in Montenegro to develop the country’s first golf resorts.
The Vitala Group, based near London, has agreed in principle with Limon Investments BV of the Netherlands to acquire land sites in Montenegro and to finance the first golf courses to be built there combined with resort development.
A number of locations are currently being evaluated and an acquisition strategy is in progress. Each project investment will range from US$28-65 million.
