Booth to build new academy and driving range at Vicars Cross

Golf course design company Booth Golf & Leisure has been commission to created a new driving range, short game practice facility and golf academy at Vicars Cross Golf Club in Cheshire.

Golf course design company Booth Golf & Leisure has been commission to created a new driving range, short game practice facility and golf academy at Vicars Cross Golf Club in Cheshire.

Planning permission for the work has been secured and the landscape masterplans have been agreed. Site preparation works will now be ongoing over the next couple of weeks.

The shaping works are expected to last over the next 18 months before a complete grow-in is completed to bring golf features to life.

Rob Bristow, Head of Booth Golf & Leisure, said: “This is another fantastic project which we are excited to get started. Having completed the design and planning process for the practice area at Vicars Cross Golf Club it’s great that construction can now get under way.”
