Sharpe’s Leisure Ltd, which took on brands such as Seoul Nassau and Amenity Technology when Seoul Nassau (UK) went into administration in August 2007, has itself now gone into administration.

The Administrators, who were appointed on 10th October, are Jason Godefroy and Andrew Stoneman of Menzies Corporate Restructuring, 43-45 Portman Square, London WC1H 6LY Tel: 020 7487 7240 www.mcr.uk.com

It is understood that many of the company’s employees have now become creditors of the failed company, although industry insiders have told GBN that they fully expect the business to start again within a very short time frame and with some management and staff transferring to the new operation.

A statement from the Administrators is awaited.
