RAM launches the FX9 Driver

12.05am 9th March 2005 - Corporate

Following on from its award winning FX V Series Ti driver, RAM Golf has unveiled its next generation of lead driver that is “guaranteed to take the value market by storm.” Designed to rank amongst the most playable drivers in its class, the FX9 is longer, more powerful and forgiving than its highly acclaimed predecessor.
FX9 – Key features & benefits:

With the launch of the FX9, RAM Golf technicians have also addressed the specific requirements of female golfers. The ladies FX9 features a 380cc head and is fitted with a ladies lightweight graffaloy shaft to encourage faster swing speeds for greater distance.
“When developing the FX9 we used the critically acclaimed FX V Series Ti Driver as a base,” commented Graeme Stevens, managing director, UK Golf Services. “Our technicians then added a host of additional performance technologies that guarantee more distance and forgiveness for golfers of all handicaps.”
RAM Golf’s new driver will soon be joined by a range of FX9 fairway woods designed to compliment their new lead driver. Developed in conjunction with the driver, the new line of woods will share the carbon-graphite and titanium club head structure and will also be fitted with true temper graffaloy shafts.
Available in 9.5, 10.5 and 12 degrees with regular or stiff graffaloy shafts, the FX9 will be available from leading golf stores and pro shops from the beginning of April. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price for the men’s and women’s FX9 driver is £99.
